Quarry Park players have been out and about competing in tournaments. On the British Tour, Ivan Bromage produced his best golf for a long while to finish 2nd at Burnlaw in Northumberland. Meanwhile Jesse Denny and Dunc Hartshorne were shooting above their ratings in the Dutch Open. Dunc won Closest to Pin and Jesse finished in 17th place just outside the prize money. Derek Robins had a poor first round, but improved with each succeeding round, and took 2nd in the Masters Division, winning €150 in prize money.
