There is plenty to see and do in the local area. Warwick Castle is just 5km from the course, and Kenilworth Castle 7km away. The river Avon flows by the course and 20km downstream is Stratford-Upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare, the most famous person in English Literature.
The course is on the edge of Leamington Spa, renowned for it fine Regency architecture and excellent range of shops and restaurants.
The city of Coventry is less than 20km and even though I'm no car fanatic, the Transport Museum there is a stand-out attraction
The city of Birmingham is approx 35km distant, and has lots of museums galleries and attractions that you would expect for a city of over 1 million inhabitants. If you love chocolate, you will love Cadbury World
